Your Responsibilities
Your Role as Tour Leader
Pre-Trip Planning
Work with one of our dedicated ETSI Tour Planners to finalize your itinerary, set up an informational meeting, and distribute pre-departure materials to your families.
Group Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and chaperones on tour, ensuring everyone on schedule and knows where they are supposed to be. You will have an ETSI On-Site Coordinator to assist with this process.
Safety & Supervision
Maintain awareness of all group members at all times, follow ETSI safety protocols, and communicate any concerns to your ETSI On-Site Coordinator immediately.
Educational Engagement
Encourage students to engage with each destination, connect experiences to classroom learning, and foster curiosity and reflection.
On-Site Coordination
Communicate often with your ETSI On-Site Coordinator to ensure your Itinerary stays on track.
Family Communication
Help keep families informed with regular updates during the trip and upon return as needed.
